The UAE has expanded its visa-on-arrival program for citizens of six countries.

The new rules apply to citizens of Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Kenya, and South Africa with regular passports, provided they have a valid residence permit in the United States, the EU, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. A visa for 14 or 60 days can be obtained upon arrival.
