China has been introducing electronic entry cards for foreign visitors since November 20.

These cards can be filled out online at s.nia.gov.cn, or via the WeChat or Alipay mini-apps, before departure or upon arrival. The card replaces the traditional paper questionnaire, which included personal information, travel itinerary, purpose of visit, and health details.
