  Vaccination and permission are no longer needed to enter Singapore.

  <p>Quarantine for the unvaccinated has been abolished. You can enter without vaccination with a negative PCR done 2 days before entry, plus insurance. Travel from CIS is possible with connections in Turkey, UAE or Qatar.</p>
